Advantage Anywhere has the ability to track your referrals and referral sources.  Record a referral in a note and listing the referring party and their referral type.  Referrals can then be reported on in 3 ways: by navigating to the contact record and clicking on the connection icon to show referrals provided by this contact or by running a referral report showing the referrals and referred parties in a date range or run a report showing top level groups like professional referrals in total or to a specific type of professional referral.  Watch the video to learn more (Approx. 5 mins):
